The welfare package includes special Ileya bonus cash gifts for all council staff, while rams and cows were generously distributed to executives, legislators, management staff, community leaders, party leaders, traditional rulers, religious bodies, vulnerable residents, and several other critical stakeholders within the local government area.

Beneficiaries of the gesture also include the League of Imams, the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), all Eid praying grounds across Alimosho, market leaders, community development associations, and various support groups who have consistently contributed to the peace, growth, and development of the council area.

Hon. Akinpelu noted that the distribution exercise was carefully designed to ensure fairness, inclusiveness, and broad community participation, stressing that no sector of the local government was left behind in the celebration package.

He further urged residents to embrace the virtues of love, sacrifice, tolerance, and unity which Eid-el-Kabir symbolizes, while encouraging continuous support for government initiatives geared towards sustainable grassroots development.

The Executive Chairman also appreciated the unwavering commitment and dedication of council workers, party faithful, traditional institutions, religious leaders, and community stakeholders whose collaborative efforts have continued to strengthen governance and peace within Alimosho Local Government.
