The Executive Chairman of Alimosho Local Government, Hon. Akinpelu Ibrahim Johnson, on Monday, January 19, 2026, continued his series of visits to designated centres for the All Progressives Congress (APC) e-registration exercise across the local government area.

Since the commencement of the exercise, the Chairman has remained relentlessโ€”visiting markets, mobilising traders, and engaging religious and community stakeholdersโ€”to ensure that Alimosho records the highest number of registrations in Lagos State.

Speaking during his visit to Olugbede Market, the Chairman stated,โ€œIf you have a product that is sellable, you will not be shy or reluctant to make noise about it in the public space. APC is a realistic party, anchored on practical ideologies. It does not shy away from doing the right things to secure a prosperous future for ourselves and generations yet unborn.โ€

โ€œI appeal to you to register and join our party, and I also urge existing members to revalidate their membership. This is a technological age, and as a party with the best manifesto in the country, we must ensure that our approach is distinct, modern, and progressive.โ€

โ€œLet us inform our families, friends, neighbours, and everyone around us to join the APC through this window of e-registration and revalidation. Thankfully, the gains and re-engineering of Nigeria are gradually taking shape. Therefore, it is my duty, your duty, and our collective duty to ensure the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027,” he said.
